Winter Light

Shooting this time of year is a little tricky - mainly because there just isn't much daylight (time wise) to work with, and the angle of the sun is very low. However, there is something about the winter light (no not the movie written and directed by Ingmar Bergman) that is so nice. On a clear day like yesterday, it provides just the right amount of warmth to the cold NYC skyline.

Yesterday I met Ashlee and Frank (AKA - Mac) in Central Park for their engagement shoot. It was a little chilly when the wind kicked up, but for December, you could not ask for a nicer day. As always, for a Sunday in Central Park we werent the only ones taking advantage of the balmy day.

Here are a few photos from the shoot - Make sure to check out Ashlee and Mac's Slideshow here!
