800 miles in 2 days.

Whew!! I am back at home this evening after another killer weekend with my good friend Luke Walker. We have been through some crazy weekends together, but this one is for the record books! Luke and I both had amazing weddings to shoot this Labor Day - unfortunately, they were on completely opposite sides of the state. After some discussion and planning we decided we just could not miss shooting for each other this weekend, plus we could not resist the challenge! :) After logging nearly 800 miles in the car I am so glad we did it! Here is a Map of our travels from Alexandria Bay (for Luke's wedding Saturday night) to NYC (for mine on Sunday night). Somehow - despite all the weather forecasts for torrential rainstorms the weather held out just long enough for us to get some incredible shots!


I will post some images up tomorrow from both of these fun weddings. I also want to thank Carlos Varela for helping us last night. It was great working with you!
